Cancellation Policy

Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your container.
- Condition of Returned Items: The container must be in the same condition as when it was delivered (unused, unmodified, and free from damage).
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the container was faulty or incorrect upon arrival. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- Refund Request: Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your container.
- Inspection Process: Refunds will be processed after we inspect the returned container to ensure it meets our return conditions. This process may take up to 5-10 business days after receiving the return.
- Refund Timeline: Once the inspection is complete, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of inspection, and in any case, no later than 30 days after receiving the returned goods.
- Bank Processing Times: Please note that it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Custom or Personalized Orders: Goods that are made to your specifications or personalized.
- Health or Hygiene Products: Items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, especially if unsealed after delivery.
- Perishable Goods: Items that deteriorate quickly or are past their expiry date.
- Mixed Items: Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Refunds cannot be processed for items that fall under these exceptions, as outlined in our return policy.
Damaged or Defective Items

Gift Refunds
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase, refunds will be issued as store credit or a gift certificate. If the order was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be processed back to them.
