Our adjustable, heavy-duty three-tier container racking system is designed for secure and efficient storage inside shipping containers. It is ideal for 20ft, 30ft, and 40ft containers, offering robust support and flexibility for various storage needs. This kit includes one 2250mm bay of racking for a single side of the container. For a 20ft container, a maximum of 2 bays can be installed per side, and for a 40ft container, up to 5 bays can be installed per side.
Each bay consists of two pre-assembled 2m high and 600mm wide end frames connected by two beams per shelf, allowing for easy slot-in assembly. The beams feature safety clips, ensuring secure installation. All steel components are powder-coated in blue and orange for a scratch-resistant finish.
The racking system comes with 25mm chipboard shelves, each capable of holding up to 550kg. The shelf levels can be adjusted in 50mm increments, providing maximum flexibility. You can also install racking on both sides of the container or the rear using additional kits.
